Our Company Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Awadh Trip, we answer all the adventure calls and offer you a plethora of tour packages and services through which you can enjoy your holiday. By booking your travel plans with us, you can rest assured that you have the flexibility to make changes as needed. To maintain transparency, we have mentioned our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.


This policy is important for you to know your rights and our company terms when it comes to canceling or refunding on your travel package. So please read it carefully before booking with us.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer:

Notify us in writing by email at awadhtrip2023@gmail.com or by contact with our customer support if you would like to cancel your booking. The cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

More than 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a processing fee, the balance will be refunded.

15 days to 30 days prior to departure: 25% of total booking amount will be deducted.

Days 7 to 14 before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.

Departure within 7 days or less: No Refund

No-show: You do not show up for your trip, no refunds will be paid.

Note: Different hotels and transport providers have different cancellation policies. All these will be chargeable as per our policy.


1.2 Cancellation by Awadh Trip:

We always try to give the best service, to our customer. But sometime, there are some unforeseen circumstances, that we can't avoid. Such as government regulations, insufficient group size for a group tour or different natural disasters. In this type of situation arises, we can give you an alternative tour option, or you will get a full refund.


1.3 Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Situations:

If the trip is canceled due to events, like natural calamities, pandemics, political unrest or any external factors, those we can't control, in that case, we can give you a partial refund. This amount of refund will depend on the policies of hotels and other service providers.


2. Refund Policy

Processing time: If you are eligible for refund, we will process it within 7-14 working days from the date of your cancellation approval.

Mode of Refund: You will get back your refund, through your original payment mode.

Some non-refundable components: You will not get refund on visa services, travel insurance, etc.

Third-party Refunds: You will get a refund from third party services like hotels, airlines and transport services, as per their policies.

Payment Gateway Charges: If there is any bank or payment gateway transaction fees are included, during your booking process, we will deduct from your refundable amount.

Delay on refund payment: To make your tour more comfortable, we are connected with different third party service providers. So there will be a little chance to get your refund delayed.


3. Modification & Rescheduling Policy

Modification on requests: You need to request a minimum of 7 days before the departure date, if you want to make any changes to your booking tour plan.

Modification charges: Extra charges may be applicable, which is completely depends upon the third party service provider policy and availability.

Last-Minute Modification: We can't proceed on your any kind of modification request, if you are requesting less than 48 hours before the departure.

Transfer on booking: Some additional fees may be applicable, if you want to transfer your booking to another name.

Partial Rescheduling: Partial modifications such as if you want to change only one segment of your trip, is also possible. But it depends upon the availability and may need additional charges.


4. Important Notes

After your booking confirmation: Once your booking has been confirmed, and you want to make cancellation or refund, you will get back your amount as per the terms listed above.

Travel Insurance: We always recommend to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations and emergencies.

Refund Eligibility: You will get your refund amount, to the details through which you made your booking.

Partial Refunds: If you have utilized a portion of your trip, and the remaining trip you don't want to complete, you may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Group Members: If your booking is included in group travelers and multiple members decide to cancel, in this case you will get your refund as per the group policy.
